What Jacquie loves most about being a realtor is the opportunity it gives her to work closely with homeowners and their families, giving them kid-glove service and assisting them through the buying and selling process, every step of the way. After running a successful music school and teaching piano for 23 years, Jacquie decided to pursue her real estate license. Once licensed, she worked for MAC Marketing Solutions doing project marketing in new developments in Richmond, Vancouver, the interior, Coquitlam, and Surrey. During this time, she and Dominic bought and sold their own properties, gaining experience as investors.

In 2006, Jacquie decided to create her own business and moved her license to Sutton West Coast Realty in White Rock, where she could work and help people closer to home. With her own business, she found that she had the flexibility to do more for her clients, to help them with more than just buying in to new developments.

Following the move, Jacquie took nearly every course the board offered, and became very knowlegable, very quickly. Her first year in business, Jacquie received a Platinum Award from Sutton for being in the top 5 of 100 agents in her office for number of sales. She is currently #3 in her office out of 100, and in the top 2% of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.

Jacquie calls herself a “full-service realtor,” who strives to provide the best services at the best value for the price. Priding herself on quality and professionalism, Jacquie strives to provide her clients with premium services, including top-notch marketing and five-star client care.

 

Dominic Darmanin

Dominic brings to his partnership with Jacquie years of invaluable experience in home construction and renovation, property management, financial planning, and banking. Originally from Malta and raised in Australia, Dominic received a B.A. in Town Planning from the University of Melbourne, and an M.A. in International Trade from Simon Fraser.

Dominic shares Jacquie’s desire to create a full-service experience for his clients. His background as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and as a mortgage representative with the Royal Bank of Canada enables him to provide sound advice to buyers and sellers alike on what they can and should expect from their investment. With his background in banking and finance, Dominic can offer prospective buyers invaluable advice on estate and tax planning.

After years working for a credit union and a bank, Dominic is a seasoned pro at guiding clients through the mortgage and banking maze. Given the lack of realtors with banking and financial backgrounds, Dominic sets himself apart by offering more than just real estate services. Britney Darmanin

After studying marketing at Simon Fraser University and gaining international experience abroad, Britney returned to work as an assistant for Dominic and Jacquie in their real estate business. Excited by the prospects of working  full-time in the real estate industry, Britney quickly went on to earn her real estate license by self-study and passed with flying colours to achieve an impressive 94%. Since then, Britney has worked with her own clients and has closely followed the latest market developments to be sure that she's offering cutting-edge service. She has also continued to assist Jacquie and Dominic in hosting open houses, attending office tours, showing property and becoming knowledgable about South Surrey and White Rock.

For many years, Britney taught piano to beginner students from across the community. She also enjoyed spending 18 months volunteering as Miss White Rock and working with various local leaders. Britney has gained experience in several industries including travel marketing, film, cruise ships and hospitality - anything involving client service mixed in with a little creativity. Britney looks forward to assisting you with any of your real estate needs and will ensure to do everything possible to make sure your needs are met.

 

Dawn Dekker  

Dawn joined the team in September 2006 after successful careers with the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia and Vancity Credit Union. Her proven background and education in Marketing, Promotions, Communications and Project Management makes Dawn well suited in her role as Marketing Manager.  

Dawn looks after all aspects of marketing your home, from organizing professional photography and virtual tours, to copy writing, feature sheet design, direct marketing, advertising and website content. Dawn’s marketing expertise and knowledge of the real estate industry is further enhanced by her Certified Staging Professional (CSP) designation. Dawn is passionate about the team’s vision and commitment to provide exceptional customer service and a positive, stress-free experience as possible.
