An In-depth market analysis is done to arrive at the highest asking price that will generate you the highest sale price for your home. I do a very thourough analysis so that you will have a real "solid feel" for the marketplace when we put your home on the market. If I price your home too high, it won’t sell; too low and you leave money on the table.

 

Preparing your home to go on the market.

I will make specific recommendations of improvements to be made, cosmetic changes, etc. Minor changes can often mean large returns. We might even discuss Home staging, one study showed that staged homes sold for an average of 5% more in half the amount of time.

 

Advertising

Your home will be advertised in a variety of media to reach the widest possible audience of potential buyers.

I also advertise my listings on a number of classified websites to fully take advantage of Internet marketing. There are many websites that you can do this at and the most famous by far is www.craigslist.com. It is some of the most effective advertsing on the Internet and if you are looking to rent a suite I recommend posting an ad.
